Each teacher provides a personalized email address at the beginning of every course, ensuring seamless communication. Expect a response in 24-48 hours or less.
INSTANT MESSAGE
Through Primavera’s Parent Student Portal (PSP) students can see all their teachers and check if they are online. This is also the space where students can see announcements, check their grades, and chat with other students as well.
PHONE CALL
For an immediate response, you can reach out through the direct office line or your teacher’s direct phone line. These numbers are also found in the PSP.
TEXT MESSAGE
Most instructors offer text messaging options for quick queries. Teachers usually let you know if you can text them at the beginning of each course, but you can always reach out to them through the other 5 methods to ask if you can text them too.
REAL-TIME ONLINE SESSIONS
Real-time online classroom sessions are when your teacher can give lessons, answer your questions, and hold classroom discussions. Engage in live classroom sessions for interactive learning experiences. You can also request for one-on-one online sessions for personalized tutoring.
IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
