Although a designated workspace at home is usually best, sometimes the noise is too loud, the internet isn’t working or you just need a change of scenery.

As an online student, you can study anywhere you can take a laptop and have stable internet connection. So, on those days you’re feeling a bit cooped up, we have the perfect ideas to get you out and studying elsewhere.

This is a series, we’ll share study locations throughout the state. We’ve already shared some great study spots in Tucson that you can check out here! Next, we’re headed out past Phoenix for some great study spots in the West Valley.

Four Great Getaway Study Spots in the West Valley

1. Cabin Coffee Cafe

Head out to Happy Valley and 67th Street for a quick little “cabin in the desert” getaway. At least, that’s how you’ll feel in this cozy coffee shop. With plenty of comfy lounging areas and Wi-Fi, this study spot in the West Valley is the place to go for quiet, leisure study time.

2. En Route Coffee and Tea House

If you’re looking to feel like royalty while you study, Enroute is the place to be. Beyond coffee and tea, this cafe has delicious pastries and waffles. It can be a great quiet spot to get some homework done while enjoying yourself!

3. White Tank Library

  • 20304 W White Tank Mountain Rd, Waddell
  • mcldaz.org

Of course, a lot of times, you need more than a fun place with delicious foods to get your schoolwork done. When you have a big project, an essay or an exam you need to focus on, the library is a great place to be. And for a library with an incredible view, we recommend the White Tank Library.

4. Well Coffee CO

One last beautifully designed, chill study spot in the West Valley out in Peoria with great beverages is the Well Coffee Company. They have spaces to sit and Wi-Fi as well!
